Egged Tower

This interior project works from the outside in, tackling the question of How can we preserve the character of a 70’s office tower, that has brutalist values, yet alter it to a 21century housing
requirements?. The design suggests preserving the character of the tower, hidden in it’s grid and facade, yet work with addition modules which unlock new city views and interesting interior spaces,
intertwining the inside with the outside.
